Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Booking OS you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Booking OS is a B2B print-order automation service. It reads emails from mailboxes you connect via OAuth, inspects Google Drive folders you share with the service, parses order details, and prepares orders for print fulfilment. Booking OS does NOT print or ship the physical product — that is performed by the user’s downstream fulfilment systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and configuration information.
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not abuse the Gmail or Drive integrations connected to your account — for example, do not connect mailboxes you are not authorised to access.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited uses

  • Spam, phishing, or any bulk-unsolicited communication.
  • Distribution of malware or malicious payloads.
  • Hosting, processing or transmitting illegal content.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling Booking OS software.
  • Scraping, crawling or other forms of automated abuse against Booking OS or its integrations.
  • Any attempt to access another tenant’s data, bypass access controls, or escalate privileges.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your use of Booking OS at any time by disconnecting all integrations from /admin/integrations or by emailing automation@justgotwyrd.com.

Liability disclaimer

Booking OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piquant Media Labs Pvt Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The aggregate liability of Piquant Media Labs Pvt Ltd in connection with the service is capped at INR 5,000 (five thousand Indian Rupees) or fees actually paid by the user to Piquant Media Labs Pvt Ltd in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Intellectual property

Piquant Media Labs Pvt Ltd owns all rights, title and interest in the Booking OS software and its trademarks. Users retain all rights to their own order data and customer data; Booking OS claims no ownership of that material.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piquant Media Labs Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or any content you submit to it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Booking OS.

Changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any material change to these Terms takes effect.
